DRIVING THE FUTURE OF CORPORATE SECRETARIAL PRACTICE: HIGHLIGHTS FROM MAICSA ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2023

At the MAICSA Annual Conference 2023, Wezmart was honored to participate in Session 3: Digital Transformation in Company Secretarial Practice — Embracing the Future.

The session featured Ms. Carol Fung, Senior Manager at MDEC, as moderator. We also welcomed Mr. Serm Teck Choon, Co-founder of Antsomi, who shared valuable insights on how technology is driving real business impact across industries.

Our Chief Digital Officer, Mr. Ang Boon Chow, delivered a thought-provoking perspective on how corporate secretarial firms must move beyond simply adopting digital tools — and instead embrace a strategic digital mindset.
